Listen to problems
without extracting people.

We use public signals to discover questions, then verify facts through independent sources. We do not automatically scrape Facebook.

Cost

“The rate looked low, but the total changed”

A recurring concern in public discussions: promotional rates, fees, and VAT get mixed together. Our editorial response is to compare the full disclosure sheet.

Eligibility

“Will they lend to me if I have no credit history?”

The question often overlooks the difference between no history and missed payments. Every profile separates published requirements from actual approval.

Fraud

“They contacted me on WhatsApp and asked for a deposit”

Authorities warn about impersonation and advance-fee requests. Stop the payment and verify through an independent channel.

How the pilot will work

Manual selection

Only public groups or spaces where an administrator authorizes observation. No fake accounts and no automated access.

Anonymization

We remove names, photos, identifiers, phone numbers, locations, and financial details that could identify a person.

Aggregation

We publish recurring themes with the period, method, and sample size when enough evidence exists.

Verification

A user experience is labeled as an experience. Rates, registration, and legality are checked separately.

What we will not publish

Identifiable screenshots, unverified accusations, disguised referral links, personal documents, or messages from private groups. A direct quotation would only be used with written permission.

Initial public sources

These sources help discover questions. They do not calculate approval or prove that a product is safe.
